Terms of Service

1. The service

Kedolo connects advertisers (mainly indie game developers) with online communities that publish sponsored posts. While we’re starting out, campaigns are arranged manually and individually agreed with each party.

2. Sponsored posts

• Every post is approved by the community administrator before publication.
• Every post is clearly labeled “Sponsored” or “Ad”.
• Posts must follow the rules of the platform where they appear.
• We do not accept ads for gambling, adult content, financial schemes, scams or anything unlawful. We may reject any creative.

3. Clicks and billing

Clicks are counted through our tracking links and filtered for duplicates, bots and suspicious activity. Only counted clicks are billable. Rates, budgets and payment terms are agreed in writing before each campaign; the website itself does not process payments.

4. Community partners

Community administrators may not inflate clicks or ask members to click. Fraudulent activity leads to clicks being excluded and may end the cooperation. We do not pay for members joining servers or subscribing to channels.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the campaign in question.
