Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Kedolo (“we”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], collects on kedolo.com and how we use it. Contact: andr@kedolo.com.

1. Data we collect

  • Application forms. What you enter: name, email or other contact, company, links, community details and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to run campaigns you agree to.
  • Clicks on our tracking links (kedolo.com/r/…): time, the placement, a keyed hash of the IP address (the IP itself is never stored), browser user-agent, referrer and, where available, country. We use it to count clicks, filter fraud and build aggregate campaign reports. The country is looked up offline on our server; the IP address is not sent to anyone. Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
  • Visit statistics on our public pages (not on reports or the owner panel), via Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, country and page load times. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and gives us aggregate numbers only.
  • Technical logs kept by our hosting for security and troubleshooting, for a short period.

We do not collect data from Discord, Telegram, Reddit or other platforms through their APIs, and we do not read community conversations.

2. What advertisers see

Advertisers receive aggregate numbers only (clicks per placement, filtered clicks, conversions they report themselves). They never receive data about individual people.

3. Retention

Detailed click records are kept for 90 days, then only aggregate counts remain. Application data is kept while we work with you and deleted on request.

4. Service providers

Hosting in Germany (EU), an email delivery provider (Resend) and Cloudflare (visit statistics) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics works without them). Your theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to andr@kedolo.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Changes

We will update this page if the policy changes and change the date below.
